How long does shipping usually take?
Items are processed and shipped out within 1-3 days after your order is placed. After the item is shipped out, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to arrive.
What is MELMAI's return policy?
We accept returns within 2 days of item arrival. If it has been 2 or more days, your item cannot be returned. Your return must be unaltered and unworn for you to qualify for a refund. You may also exchange an item for another item of the same price. You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through the contact page or at contactmelmai@gmail.com.
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received your return, and we have verified that it has been unaltered, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
What if my product is damaged/defective?
If you receive your order and it is damaged/defective please email us at contactmelmai@gmail.com. Please include your name, your order number, and a picture of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business days.
What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our facilities. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.). We will provide you with the address, shipping carrier information, tracking information, and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You should receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
